- 22.5 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 22.5 mlPacharan liqueur
- 5 mlMezcal
- 22.5 mlOrange juice
- 4 dropChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest and star anise.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with star anise floated on cocktail.
