  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
