Ingredients
- 50 mlPineapple and chili vodka
- 22.5 mlChardonnay wine
- 10 mlCorn/maize liqueur
- 5 mlPineapple syrup
- 75 mlPineapple soda
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
- 3STIR first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5TOP with pineapple soda and briefly stir.
- 6Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
