Ingredients
- 30 mlMezcal
- 20 mlBlanco tequila
- 10 mlSpicy mango syrup
- 15 mlMango purée
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 75 mlGinger beer
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
- 3Prepare garnish of mango wedge.
- 4SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger beer.
- 6Garnish with mango wedge on rim.
