Ingredients
- 60 mlMango flavoured vodka
- 15 mlSpicy mango syrup
- 7.5 mlGinger liqueur
- 5 mlLime juice
- 1 fresh Egg (white and yolk)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with Tajín seasoning (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and drip into Tajín).
- 3Prepare garnish of coin-sized lime zest twist.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 7EXPRESS lime zest twist over cocktail and float on surface.
