Ingredients
- 2 dried Clove
- 60 mlCognac (brandy)
- 90 mlApple juice
- Float Whipping cream

MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker.

Add cognac and apple juice.

SHAKE without ice and fine strain into glass.

WARM in microwave then FLOAT double cream over drink.
