Ingredients
- 45 mlSoave wine
- 15 mlLimoncello liqueur
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 45 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and elderflower blossom when in season.
- 3POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
- 4FILL glass with ice.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish (along with elderflower blossom).
