Ingredients
- 60 mlProsecco
- 40 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 20 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered green olive.
- 3POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- 4Briefly STIR so as not to lose fizz.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered olive.
