Ingredients
- 25 mlBourbon whiskey
- 10 mlPeach liqueur
- 25 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 40 mlSoda (club soda) water
- 25 mlDry cider

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass charged with soda.
