Ingredients
- 45 mlBourbon whiskey
- 5 mlApricot liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 22.5 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with skewered cherry.
