Ingredients
- 3 fresh Strawberries (fresh)
- 30 mlGin
- 30 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of strawberry with a mint sprig tip.
- 3MUDDLE strawberries in base of mixing glass.
- 4Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with mint sprig tipped strawberry on rim.
