Ingredients
- 45 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 10 mlChartreuse Green
- 10 mlLime juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 90 mlStrawberry soda
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of strawberry with mint sprig tip.
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
- 5Garnish with strawberry with mint sprig tip leaves.
