Ingredients
- 50 mlStrawberry flavoured vodka
- 10 mlFino sherry
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 60 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half a strawberry, lemon slice and mint sprigs.
- 3SWIZZLE first 4 ingredients in glass two-thirds full of crushed ice.
- 4Fill glass with more crushed ice and briefly CHURN.
- 5TOP with soda.
- 6Garnish with half strawberry on rim, lemon slice and mint sprigs.
