- 15 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 15 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 22.5 mlTawny port
- 1 dashOrange bitters
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over small or cracked cubes).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and float as garnish.
