- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 30 mlGin
- 20 mlLime cordial
- 10 mlLime juice
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 100 mlGinger beer

Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, lime wedge and mint sprigs..

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass/mug half filled with ginger beer.

TOP with rest of ginger beer.

Garnish with pineapple cube and maraschino cherry fruit stick, lime wedge and mint sprigs bouquet.
