Ingredients
- 30 mlRubino/Rosso/Rojo vermouth
- 30 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 5 mlGentian liqueur
- 3 dropCardamom bitters
- 30 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
- 3STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.
- 5Garnish with lemon slice.
