- 45 mlVodka
- 40 mlWatermelon liqueur
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 5 mlLime juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon and lime slice wheels.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
