- 60 mlBourbon bonded-strength
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 45 mlOrange juice
- 20 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 10 mlGrenadine syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange wedge.
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5POUR grenadine into the centre of the cocktail (it should sink).
- 6Garnish with orange wedge.
