Ingredients
- 30 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 20 mlCoconut rum liqueur
- 60 mlPineapple juice
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
Method
- 1SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 2Finish by pouring grenadine into the centre of the cocktail (which will sink to form sunset affect).
