Ingredients
- 3 fresh Strawberries (fresh)
- 50 mlPassion fruit vodka
- 15 mlPassion fruit purée
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half strawberry and shot glass of prosecco.
- 3MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients.
- 5SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 7Garnish with half strawberry on rim and serve with a shot glass of prosecco on the side.
