- 30 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 45 mlTonic water
- 7.5 mlMezcal

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel (dehydrated).

POUR first 3 ingredients into glass and add ice to fill.

TOP with tonic water (leaving space for mezcal float).

FLOAT mezcal.
