Ingredients
- 45 mlVodka
- 45 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 30 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 45 mlTonic water
- 7.5 mlMezcal
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel (dehydrated).
- 3POUR first 3 ingredients into glass and add ice to fill.
- 4TOP with tonic water (leaving space for mezcal float).
- 5FLOAT mezcal.
- 6Garnish with grapefruit slice wheel (dehydrated).
