- 40 mlGentian liqueur
- 10 mlPeach liqueur
- 8 fresh Mint leaves
- 10 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)

Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Squeeze grapes to yield 20ml juice and SWIZZLE this with next 3 ingredients in glass half filled with crushed ice.

FILL glass with more crushed ice.

FLOAT amaro.
