  • 45 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
  • 30 mlGentian liqueur
  • 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 3 dashCreole bitters

    Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

    RINSE glass with absinthe, discard excess and set to one side.

    STIR other ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.

    EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
