  • 50 mlGentian liqueur
  • 5 mlPeated malt whisky
  • 15 mlTarragon sugar syrup
  • 25 mlLime juice

    Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of cucumber slice.

    (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping). MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.

    Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

    Garnish with cucumber slice.
