Ingredients
- 300 mlBourbon whiskey
- 300 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 300 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 25 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 25 mlCherry brandy
- 10 mlAromatic bitters
- 5 mlCreole bitters
Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

COMBINE all ingredients and stir (without ice).

POUR into a litre bottle and leave to chill in a refrigerator.

To serve, STIR 2 shots / 2oz / 60ml of the bottled mixture with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Express an orange zest twist over cocktail and discard. Garnish each cocktail with a skewered maraschino cherry.
