  • 20 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
  • 20 mlPink grapefruit juice
  • 40 mlTonic water
  • 40 mlGinger ale

    Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and mint sprigs.

    SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

    TOP with tonic water and ginger ale.

    EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
