Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprig tip.
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5FLOAT absinthe.
- 6Garnish with mint sprig tip floated in the centre of the cocktail.
