Ingredients
- 30 mlKirschwasser
- 30 mlGentian liqueur
- 30 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 20 mlLemon juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with lemon or orange juice and dip into sugar).
- 3Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled sugar rimmed glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish, halved with the shape of 'V', to show the time 2pm.
