Ingredients
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlCorn/maize liqueur
- 7.5 mlChilli liqueur
- 2 dashLime bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wheel slice (dehydrated).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with lime slice wheel.
