Ingredients
- 25 mlDark/black rum
- 15 mlLight white rum
- 10 mlAged Jamaican rum
- 10 ml 100%pot still rum
- 10 mlPeach liqueur
- 10 mlLime juice
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of icing sugar dusted mint sprigs bouquet, grated nutmeg and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry skewered with a paper parasol.
- 3POUR all ingredients into a glass or mug.
- 4Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and SWIZZLE.
- 5Add more crushed ice to fill glass and SWIZZLE some more.
- 6Garnish with icing sugar dusted mint sprigs bouquet, grated nutmeg and cherry skewered with a paper parasol.
- 7Serve with a straw.
