Ingredients
- 45 mlVanilla vodka
- 22.5 mlApple Schnapps
- 22.5 mlCaramel liqueur
- 30 mlWhipping cream
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of cinnamon.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Separately, SHAKE cream and egg white with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 6DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 7Carefully pour over back of spoon so as to LAYER over cocktail.
- 8Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
