- 45 mlCacao spiced rum
- 8 fresh Mint leaves
- 20 ml*Special ingredient #1
- 30 mlLime juice
- 3 dropChocolate bitters
- 30 mlTonic water

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

TOP with tonic.

<strong>Special ingredient #1</strong>: Mint Syrup - lightly muddle 10 mint stems with 250g brown sugar, 250g white caster sugar and 600ml hot water.
