- 40 mlAlcohol-free amaro
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 60 mlGinger beer
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist..
- 3POUR all ingredients into chilled glass and briefly stir.
- 4Fill glass with crushed ice.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Serve with a straw.
