Ingredients
- 22.5 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 10 mlStrega liqueur
- 5 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
- 2.5 mlHazelnut liqueur
- 2.5 mlOrgeat syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange and lemon zest twists.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange and lemon zests over cocktail and then use both to garnish.
