  • 22.5 mlCognac (brandy)
  • 20 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
  • 10 mlStrega liqueur
  • 5 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
  • 2.5 mlHazelnut liqueur
  • 2.5 mlOrgeat syrup

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of orange and lemon zest twists.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

    EXPRESS orange and lemon zests over cocktail and then use both to garnish.
