Ingredients
- 30 mlTennessee whiskey
- 25 mlOrange Curaçao
- 25 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 50 mlGinger ale
- 50 mlCola
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon, orange and strawberry slices, mint sprig and borage.
- 3POUR all ingredients into glass.
- 4Half fill glass with ice.
- 5Add a citrus slice and a couple of mint leaves from garnish.
- 6Fill to brim with ice.
- 7Finish with rest of garnish.
