Ingredients
- 60 mlBlanco tequila
- 30 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 4 dropMargarita Bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized lime zest twist cut thick with some flesh on the back (so that when the zest is expressed over the cocktail a few drips of juice also drop into the cocktail).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
