- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 5 mlCrème de cassis
- 45 mlReposado tequila
- 22.5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 15 mlLime juice
- 75 mlOrange juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel.
- 3POUR grenadine and cassis into ice-filled glass.
- 4SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN (pour slowly) into glass to sit over red base layer (to create a sunrise effect).
- 6Garnish with lime wheel.
