- 30 mlDry vermouth
- 30 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of coin-sized grapefruit zest twist (sun-like).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
