- 20 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 10 mlWhite crème de menthe
- 60 mlInternational lager
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4POUR beer into ice-filled glass.
- 5STRAIN stirred ingredients over beer and briefly stir.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
