Ingredients
- 30 mlPisco
- 30 mlGentian liqueur
- 15 mlPeach liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of atomise absinthe over surface of cocktail.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
