- 30 mlBlanco tequila
- 30 mlCold brew coffee
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Averna)
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 1 dashXocolatl mole bitters

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare coffee beans for garnish.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice).

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.
