  • 10 mlLime juice
  • 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
  • 2 dropSaline solution 4:1

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare cinnamon stick for garnish.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice).

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    Grate cinnamon stick over cocktail.
