- 10 mlChartreuse Green
- 10 mlKummel liqueur
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 20 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with basil leaf boat floated on cocktail.
