- 22.5 mlAmericano bianco
- 22.5 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 22.5 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 2 dashOrange bitters

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest and dehydrated orange wheel..

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into chilled glass.

EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
