Ingredients
- 45 mlTennessee whiskey
- 15 mlMexican corn whisky
- 5 mlPeated malt whisky
- 5 mlPopcorn sugar syrup
- 2.5 mlChilli liqueur
- 2 dashCreole bitters
- 7.5 mlChilled water
- 2.5 mlCrème de cassis

STIR first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

POUR crème de cassis into centre of cocktail (it should sink to form a red base).
