  • 4 dashCreole bitters
  • 3 dashAbsinthe
  • 2 dashAromatic bitters

  • 15 mlChilled water

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. (No ice in the glass.).

    EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
