- 22.5 mlGin
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlOrgeat syrup
- 2 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of absinthe mist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5MIST with 2 sprays of absinthe.
