- 20 mlVermouth amaro (Pun.)
- 10 mlApricot liqueur
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dried apricot or skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with dried apricot on rim or skewered maraschino cherry.
