Ingredients
- 50 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlVermouth amaro (Pun.)
- 15 mlApricot liqueur
- 1⁄2 barspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 dashPlum bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish, along with skewered maraschino cherry.
