Ingredients
- 25 mlGin
- 10 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 15 mlAromatized wine
- 7.5 mlBanana liqueur
- 5 mlLemon juice
- 2.5 mlCoffee liqueur
Method
- 1SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
- 2Carefully POUR coffee liqueur into centre of the cocktail (it should sink to create a dark layer at the bottom of the cocktail).
